Returns and Refunds Policy



The items provided by are new and guaranteed against defects. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all referenced publishers and suppliers.

Should an article be defective or non-compliant, the customer has 14 working days from receipt of the articles to request an exchange or refund. If the 14-day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be extended to the next business day.


The customer must return new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all accessories, instructions and documentation.

To do this, contact us by email:, or in the Contact us section by communicating your Name, First name and your 4-digit order number to facilitate the processing of your request. In such a situation, the customer must communicate the proof of the defect(s) in this email (description and photos attached).


In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, wokina™ is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, except for the return shipping costs, which remain at your expense.


We have the right to refuse any return after a study of your request.

Regarding the refund we guarantee that it will be made within 14 working days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package(s). No C.O.D. shipment will be accepted, whatever the reason.


It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us promptly with any changes. The latter can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses...) .
In the latter cases, these packages may be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund of your order minus shipping costs or we will offer you a reshipment, depending on your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or reimbursement of your order until your package has been received by the shipper.


Most orders are processed within 2-3 days. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at as soon as possible.

It is imperative that you contact us during this period so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No request to cancel your order will be considered if it has already been processed.


If you are shipping items with a value of more than $50, we strongly suggest that you send the product back to us with a tracking number.
